THE WAY JOHN WORKS...

Writer: An insightful writer, John continues to contribute to publications and articles focused on better understanding the direct selling industry. His articles have appeared in many publications including a Wall Street Journal insert on direct selling. John served for ten years as Publisher/Editor in Chief of Direct Selling News, the most notable and respected trade journal published in support of direct selling companies.

Author: As a young man, John worked for Mies van der Rohe, one of the most renowned architects of modern times. From that experience, John derived a passionate belief that the same principles of design and construction could be applied to the building of one’s life….and that ordinary people could accomplish the extraordinary by following concepts similar to those taught in the architectural school. The One Course is designed to guide you through the steps necessary for creating a successful life. The principles taught in this course apply to anyone regardless of age, past experience or inexperience. John also co-authored with Robert Kiyosaki, The Business of the 21st Century.

Publisher: HBCU Today, is the most comprehensive resource guide ever published on Historically Black Colleges and Universities. This work is dedicated to providing youth, parents and educators with information that describes the continued significance and relevance of our nation’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) as potential choices for post-secondary education.

Analysis: “Lets take the emotion out of business analysis. We can when the objectives are not influenced by stakeholders who have created the current state. Autopsies without blame are so important…and they can be accomplished.”

Research: “Why re-invent if someone else has already proven what can work? Why not be bold? Why not invent if you are confident that you are a game changer? Why not is a question that must be answered before we pursue why we should however, research is always essential.”

Prescriptive Ideas: “Analysis must lead to prescriptive ideas! Good ideas must be translated into strategy and executed in accordance to specific processes which allow for accountability. The preceding is a formula for turn-a-round and for growth!”
